The functionality is identical – the emails still end up in your archive folder – but the process feels far more satisfying and, crucially, addictive. Spark 3 has done nothing more than swap the word ‘archive’ for ‘done’, and provides a tickbox to instigate the latter for either one or a bunch of emails. It’s effective when used properly you simply deal with an email and then file it away for safekeeping.
